Tyrese Gibson is facing legal trouble in Atlanta after being arrested early Friday, October 3rd, on a misdemeanor animal cruelty charge. Jail records from Fulton County show the actor and singer was booked just before 6 a.m. and later released after paying a $20,000 bond. The case stems from a violent incident that happened on September 18th in the Buckhead area. Authorities say one of Gibson’s Cane Corso mastiffs attacked and killed a smaller dog named Henry, a five-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. The attack occurred in Henry’s own yard. The dog’s owner explained to FOX 5 that he discovered the body late at night, describing the scene as “heartbreaking” and noting it was covered in slobber. He also said neighbors were familiar with Gibson’s dogs and had often seen them roaming freely without leashes.
